BE AGGRESSIVE TOWARDS YOUR HEALTH GOALS!

My meditation and thought processes this week have been around something I heard about aggressiveness. Often being aggressive is looked at as being a negative. If someone is aggressive towards another person in a bullying sort of way, that can be a problem. But the aggressiveness that I have been thinking about is the kind that can change your life. You have to be aggressive in parts of your life to make changes.

Lets take weight loss for example. If you want to lose weight you have to aggressively go about doing it. You can’t wait for the world to do it for you. You have to be proactive in preparing your food! You have to be mindful of setting aside time to workout! You do have to be aggressive in a lovely but confronting way when someone tries to make you eat something you shouldn’t have.

Even with chiropractic care I don’t see patients being aggressive in their care. Yes it is a matter of priorities. They need to be in the office 3 times a week to make changes but when they go to the desk to make appointments they are aggressively looking to make their schedule about them and their health.

I want you to take some time today and figure our what your health goals are and then aggressively find a way to achieve them.
