Over the weekend I listened to a great podcast from Abel James The Fat Burning Man.  His guest was Shawn Stevenson where Shawn was talking about how sleep was important and it have some great facts on how lack of sleep causes lack of productivity, lack of health, lack of normal regulation of the body hormones, lack of weight loss, and some much more and even the potential for cancer from lack of sleep.  He also had some great advice on how to normalize your sleep and increase you health by getting better sleep.  I would highly encourage you to give it a listen.  Below is the link!
