4:30 am wake up and Crossfit

Hello there!  Dr. Wood here.  I just wanted to take minute and remind you that working out is really important for some many reasons!

Let me list a few reasons!

Improved fitness (Duh!)

Improved immune system (some research suggest 20 minutes of exercise will improve your immune response by 50+%

Better sleep

Decreased stress!

This are just a few of the many benefits of exercise!

Now in the topic line I mentioned 4:30am and Crossfit!  You have to make time to exercise and you need to put it into your calendar.  I have found that doing it first thing in the morning before the demands of the day is the best.  Maybe you don't have to do it at 4:30am but do something first thing in the morning.

Secondly I have found the Crossfit, and specifically Crossfit Devotion out in Covington, is a great way to increase your fitness.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact me and I will give you the inside scoop.
