Wow!! Did you see the forecast for Thursday!!??? 80+ degrees. This reminded me that it is important to stay hydrated. Most of you are probably not hydrating properly even on the cool days. But when the heat goes up it is even more important to hydrated.
No surprise but your body needs proper hydration. Your body is made of water and probably ever cellular function of your body needs proper hydration to work well.
I would advise you to try to get in at least 64 ounces of water per day. Start the day off with a glass of water with a pinch of Sea Salt in it to get some electrolytes and to help your body absorb that water.
